Dry cleaning.

Or if it was mine I'd take a spray bottle filled with rubbing alcohol o Axe bodyspray (rubbing alcohol if you don't want the Axe fragerance) and spray the coat and the put it outside on a really windy day and let it flap around in the wind all day, that would probably work.
