You can also go to a Planned Parenthood, a local Community Health Center, or if you're lucky - your town will have a teen health clinic. If you have a local agency that deals with HIV/AIDS - they can hook you up with local places that test for stds.
Do not pay your bill with your parent's health insurance - you run the risk of them finding out. Most public health clinics & Planned Parenthoods provide testing for free or for very little money.
Yeh most clinics will not tell your parents and are free or on a sliding scale depending on how much income you personally have. Heres a great list of them ordered by state.
