How do you get the air intake off the engine on a 2006 dodge charger?

[Edit]
1) Pull of the engine cover (unless you have the V-6, then it's not there anyways)

2) There is a plug and a hose on the inlet

a) Plug: gently remove the entire assembly, b) Breather hose: Pull firmly to remove from the intake, it may take a bit of effort.

3) using a screw driver, loosen the clamp at the throttle body until the intake hose starts to move.

4) Unclip the airbox cover and pull the intake out of the engine compartment.

5) Remove the air filter and remove the bolts and the rest of the stock air box.

Now you're ready to put in your aftermarket intake - or you just took out the factory intake for fun! :)
