There are no "crystals" in your lungs after smoking Methamphetamine. The vaporised Meth get's completely dissolved into the bloodstream. It can cause the lungs to get irritate though, and produce sputum which get's coughed up, but that is a normal reaction by the body to discard any unwanted rubbish and only happens after smoking a lot of Methamphetamine or Crack Cocaine.

∙ 9y agoIt takes 72 hours. If I am doing heavy amounts (3 grams a day) I don't feel safe unless I have about 4-5 days clean. You can drink a lot of water in a real short time, about 4 gallons or so (the more the better) in about 35 minutes, and you will start to urinate frequently. After about the 4th urination the urine is no longer coming out. It is just like straight water - clear and odor free.
