i need to know what kind of car. try pushing the interior bezel forward. it might come off that way.
Almost all door panels have screws and the push-in type plugs. Try using a thin flat screwdriver to locate the plugs then use a tool purchased from auto supply to "pop" the plugs out. The more expensive one that resembles a screwdriver with a wide flattened and notched end works best. It will make a loud breaking popping sound as they are loosened out. I've seen some pros get the panel started and then manhandle/ jerk the remaining ones, I wasn't that secure in not destroying MY panel, so I used the tool and got mine out.
