∙ 13y agoYou have to use it in New Jersey when trying to find the jersey devil. Once you have the rope, that means that you have been to the house with the raccoon and seen the jersey devil out the window. When you go outside the house and see it fly away, go by the tree with the cracked eggshells at the top that it flew past and go in your bag on the rope and click "use".

you have to get the trimmers by getting the 5 dollar bill in the tree and buy it in the store. then he will give you his trimmers. then go cut the hot air balloon loose and take the rope.
