∙ 13y agoRight, getting the private island is easy. Just follow these simple steps and you will have it.
1. In WINTER, go to the harvest Sprite tree and hire the fishing team for 7 days.
Get them to fish on the beach only.
2. Next, once they are done, you should now have ALOT OF MONEY. (A number involving ALOT of 0's.)
3. Keep your money that way until the first of the following spring. Walk outside your front door, and the mayor will ask you if you would like to purchase the island. SAY YES. And whoolah! Your island is there. To get a house on there call gotz the woodcutter.

∙ 14y agoTo get to Toucan Island you have to finish Daren's Rainbow. That way the seas will be calmer. Once its finished you talk to Pascal ( the boat guy you meet first at the beginning of the game ) and he'll ask you if you want to go to Toucan Island.

∙ 10y agoAll you have to do is pay off your house loan so you live in a house not a tent and then wait a few days. Tortimer will show up at the beach. Talk to him, wait a day, and then kapp'n will show up in a boat. Pay him 1,000 bells and he'll take you to the island.
