first off:
There is no way to obtain "normaly" a tails chao
you need to have the game phantasy star online and complete a special quest afterward you go to the guild and there should be a transporter like those in chao gardens you go on it and you will download data on your vmu THEN open your sonic adventure 2 and you go to any garden,the chao transporter choose the vmu wich contain the chao and NOW you have a tails chao

i dont know how to get it for the game cube version but i supose it is the same way but with tiny chao garden instead of vmu

WHO THE HELL IS STUPID ENOUGHT TO THINK YOU GET TAILS CHAO BY GIVING IT STAMINA?!Seriously even people who started playing would understand tats geting special chao is WAAAAAY harder BESIDE tails chao dont die so dont expect the reincarnation thing.
