I hope you mean "Fuego Ironworks". Here's how it's done: You first have to get to Floroma town.Make a right (well, that's the only other exit), and keep heading in that direction. You there have to battle some Galatic Grunts and commander Mars. Then, you get on a bridge and surf as far as you can go.
