you have to talk to sunflora and get through surrounded sea, then azurill will have a nightmare and you have to go talk to drowzee at mt. travail it has 20F still haven't got through it yet =(

Same way with any others. the only unlimited dungeon is the Zero Isle chain.
I didnt come across any they may be rare there but berries appear often use those instead
