How do you get to Victoria Island in Maple Story?

From the beginner island and Rien, there is a boat that will take you to Lith Harbor. From other places, like Orbis and Lubidrium, there are ships that take you to Ellinia. Once you're on Victoria Island, you can take cabs to whatever town on the island you want to go to.
