Mirage* And it's east of Pacifidilog City in Emerald. But it appears VERY rarely. There is an oldd guy in that town that'll tell you if he can see the island. If he can, surf east, and get on the Island. Lol You can maybe find a Wynaut (Pre-evolved state of Wobbuffet), and some rare berries. But you get a Wynaut Egg in the Lavaridge Hot Springs, so I don't know if catching a Wynaut on the Mirage island is worth your time. That's up to you.

How do you find Mirage Island in Pokemon Emerald?
You can just complete the Pokedex. Talk to the game designer at the hotel in Lilycove. The game designer will give you a small hunt of a Jirachi. After you catch it, you get out of that prison. Go to Pacifidilog Town and go to the bottom right house. You will see an old man. Talk to him. If he says he cannot see Mirage Island, then you leave your game boy on, but have it on charge mode. After 2 hours talk to him again to see if he sees it now. Be persistant; keep doing it. Surely Mirage Island will appear.You don't have to talk to the game designer or do anything about Jarachi. You got to Pacifidilog Town and go down from the Pokemon centre and the last hut along (South East) there is a person standing and an old man in the window talk to him and he will say I have not seen mirage island today or i have seen it. If he has seen it then you can visit it.mirage island is assigned a # each day and the ID of a WYNAUT in your party must have that number or the man in pacifidelog won't see mirage island

Its a little tricky to get to, but in the current between slateport and pacifidilog there is a place to dive and you should decode the braille tablet or something ( I'd use the internet) and you shoud be able tofind all the regi pokemon.

This is how - first just to let you know in mirage island theere are ONLY whynaut level 1-50 so its pretty much useless. but ehre is how - go to pacifidilog town and go into one of the houses, talk to the old man staring out the window he will either say nope i cant see mirage island today or Yes! i see it! mirage island! if he doesnt see it wait another day and talk to him took me 7 weeks to get to the island
