Use a clean, white, cloth and 1 teaspoon mild, non-alkali detergent and 1/2 pint lukewarm water to blot up the rest of the stain and cleaner. If the stain remains, try a solution of 1 tablespoon ammonia and 1 cup warm water to clean the area --again just blot, so you do not spread the stain.
