fist go to your phone settings then go to your computer settings turn your phone off and on repete this 3 or 4 timesWell, I think I put the wrong question in, like it recognizes it but it says I need a disk,like a floppy or a cd, but my phone didn't come with one. like where can I get a disk and what is it called?
