Find out why she is. Did you annoy her? Or do something she doesn't like?

I have a little sister. This usually works with most families. They sit face to face to each other on the couch. No TV, no, nothing to distract them (this is a good idea for brothers too). They have ten minutes to hold hands together. If they squeeze each other or something else, make them hug each other and add on another ten minutes. If they squabble still, make them kiss for another ten minutes. Soon, they won't want to get into trouble, or they might start secretly fighting. If this does not work, just have them, when they fight, walk away from each other and punch a bean bag instead. If they are secretly fighting, each night, when they go to bed, have them line up, and ask a simple question "Have you been fighting secretly from me?" if they answer with a no, you can tell usually if they are telling the truth or not. If they say yes, this is what you must do; "I am going to have to make you hug each other for the rest of the night, climb into one of your beds, you two get to decide which one you want to sleep together in, and I am going to tie duck tape around you so you don't let go. You should stop keeping secrets. Next time, I think you shouldn't fight at all!" and that will teach them not to fight.
