To get your people to have babies, you need to drag the male on the female, or vice versa. It will either say embracing, (which means hugging) or trying to make a baby. If It says trying to make a baby, leave them alone and let them try. I depends if they want a baby or not. If you do have a baby, you will have to wait until the mother stops nursing it. You can NOT have another baby while the mom is nursing. You can also not have a baby if the people are in their 40s. Good luck! =D
