I would not recommend it. Hickies can be harmless, but sometimes not. If you really want to achieve this, use suction on the area of skin you want one and the blood will rise to the surface causing a bruise. I would recommend just using makeup if you want a hicky.

you can get rid of them by using a lipstick container holding in the center of the mark pressing down hard and turning at the same time it will turn red at first but them you will notice it will start to go away
some people also use a frozen spoon
i find the lipstick container to be much easier to use.
