Follow these steps

1. Find a tree, pull-up bar, or some where else to do it

2. Make sure no one will be able to see you

The next part will have to be detrmined by where your doing it

3. ( tree ) Climb onto the branch, ( its helpful if you already have the rope tied through your leg holes ), tie it to the branch and JUMP!!

4. ( pull-up bar ) Tie the rope through your leg holes and throw the rope over the bar and start pulling yourself up

5. ( other ) you will have to figure this out on your own

6. Finally, if you would like to have a differnet type of wedgie have your friends do a twisting , flag pole, ripper, squeaky clean, and a sky high wedgie and it will give you might like it
