To complete an eating mission at your neighbor's cafe, go to the right hand side of the game play screen. There should be a small icon right below your neighbor's cafe name and profile picture (a small blue person with a fork and spoon). (NOTE: You must be at their cafe.) Click on this icon and you will be prompted to try a dish. Click "Yes" to eat the dish. In turn, the neighbor receives extra coins and you get coins and experience.
