Morning (informal) = Ohayou

Sound like = oh-hi-oh

Spelling = おはよう。

Good Morning (formal) = Ohayou gozaimasu.

Sound like =oh-hi-oh go-z-eye-mas

Spelling = おはようございます

Good Afternoon = Konnichiwa

Sounds like = K-oh-nee-chee-wa

Spelling = こんにちは。

Good Evening = Konbanwa

Sound like = how its spelled but the second n is hard to hear.

Spelling = こんばんは。
