Well,it depends on the situation at work and what is bothering you there.Just take one problem at a time,and work at it.Talk to your boss or someone that you trust/know there,and ask them for advice as well.The worst thing to do is to stress out,trust me,don't put yourself through it,we've all been there at one point of time,so like I said,just take a deep breath,and take one step at a time,define the stressor and how you react to it,and try to see different point of views to how you can resolve and decrease your stress!
