Note: Factory reset erases all the important files and folders. It is recommended to backup all the important files and folder.
1. Ensure the device is powered off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down button and the Power button.
3. When the LG logo is displayed release the Power buttononly then immediately press and hold the Power buttonagain.
4. Release both buttons when the Factory data reset screen displays.
5. From the Factory data reset screen, select Yes.Utilize the Volume Up/Down buttons to highlight and the Power button to select.
