first, you eat and your digestive fluids turn what you ate in to waste (after it has taken all the nutrition out) and it is transfered to you kidney with in a matter of hours or minutes you will have to poop or pee (same thing with a liquid)

∙ 12y agoAlthough the stomach and intestines are part of the digestive system, they are separate organs and the creation of feces (poop) has very little to do with the stomach (except as the second stage of digestion; the first stage is mastication or "chewing" in the mouth).
If you are using the word "stomach" to describe the entire outside area, from rib cage to pelvis, that is called the abdomen. Since the small intestines and large intestines cover the entire abdomen (down, across, up, across, etc), you could have gassy pains through the abdomen. You can also feel natural movements that happen in the intestines, called peristalsis. So, in that sense, creating and expelling a bowel movement (feces) can make the abdomen "feel better" -- unless it is diarrhea, in which case you could still be gassy.
