Look, I'm not an expert but i would recommend if they're underage they should call the police and then they would be sent back to their native country in care of someone who would really care about them. I'm sorry if this isn't good enough but oh well.

You have information about a crime that is going to be committed and should be commended for being a good American and doing the right thing. It is the same thing as if you had information about a bank robbery and didnt tell anyone because it was your friend.
