Without a functioning liver, the other drugs will not be metabolized. Do not let your friend fall asleep. There is a serious risk of respiratory depression.Your best bet is to encourage your friend to vomit and be sure you do not allow him/her to be alone until the paramedics can get there. Do you have charcoal capsules? With this type of overdose, it is common to fall asleep, then vomit and inhale the vomit in the lungs.
