How do you hide a facebook from parents and siblings?

If you want to block them completely from being able to find you on Facebook, click on Account on the top left corner then click on Privacy settings. Near the bottom of the screen that comes up it says Block lists, click on this. Type in the name or e-mail of the user you want to block. You do not have to be friends with someone to block them. If you just want to block them from seeing certain things on your Facebook, such as statuses or Photo albums. - When writing a status update, nest to the share button there is a padlock icon, click on this and click customise, you can then say that you want the privacy to be Friends only except... then type in the names of the people you want to hide the status from. Your status will not appear on their news feed and they will not be able to see it when they are on your profile. If you want to block certain people from seeing a photo album, go to the album and click on edit album info, then in the edit info tab, click the down arrow next to friends only and click customise, then follow steps for hiding status updates. If you want to block a person or a group of people from talking to you on chat, go to your friends and create a list. put the people you don't want to chat to in the list and save it. Then when you click on chat, the list you made and the people in it will be near the top of the online list, click the green button at the top right of the list to go offline. You will appear offline to all of the people in this list.
