It really depends on what hip piercing you have (dermal, bar.. Ect.)
Wearing long shirts or clothing that covers your waist would be the best way but that can lead to irritation and might make your body reject the piercing faster..
You could always try bandages or bandaids.
Hip piercings are very hard to hide a lit of the time as they are in a very awkward place. :)

∙ 10y agoYou don't. If you're under 18 or have one without your parent(s) knowing, you shouldn't have one at all. You'll spend more time trying to hide it than actually enjoying it. If you find it absolutely necessary (for a job or special occasion), you can just wear your hair down.
