first ,, right click on your My computer icon > click to manage>a dialogue box appears.. expand the device manager icon..... .. expand ports.. open communication port...>>its properties will be displayed.. go to port settings tab>>> change the bits per second to= 128000and modify the flow control to hardware then press ok /// it'll enable your 20%of speed ,, then go to speedguide.net and download <TCP optimizer >then open it ,, finally slide the connection bar to 200000kb/s then click on optimal settings and click on (modify all adaptors then lastly clik on apply changest>>then a box appears then click on ok >> finally rebbot your computer ,, i bet u'll experience the speed>>>then after reebooting your PC u can log on to ( speakeasy/speedtest)simply copy past the link n choose any place suppose(Washington) then take your speed test
