Will - our only mental muscle - is developed into will power through correct use. Will power is built through the process of making more correct decisions than incorrect.

Knowledge is information put to the test so that there is understanding built through personal experience. This is one thing that cannot be taken away from you. Whenever you read something interesting, set forth the intention to understand it through experience. I find that it will usually show itself in an experience the next day so that I have a way to relate to it. If I'm paying attention, I'll recognize the connection. This is the way real learning happens. This is part of the way subconscious mind serves you the partnership between conscious and subconscious mind, or the marriage made in heaven.

Much may be gained from learning to interpret your dreams, which is communication to you from subconscious mind using the universal language of mind.
