all you have to do is exercise the muscle between your butthole and scrotum. just flex it and hold it for about 10 seconds, release for a few seconds and repeat for about 10 repititions. also sets of 20 quick flex and releases work as well. just try to work it into your free time and it should start to work in as little as a few days!
Masturbation
If you don't have any personal or religious issues regarding masturbation, then you can use it in two ways.
Firstly, whilst masturbating you can "practice" holding yourself from having an orgasm. A technique that can work well is to ensure that when you start to feel "pressure" building up, you slow down and don't allow yourself to have your orgasm. During sex, you can do the same and slow down in order to gain some more control. This can also lead to a much better feeling orgasm!
