Answer
I too am looking for the answer to this question. My suggestion is to use the vehicle VIN# to obtain the part number for the arm rest needed and then call the junk yards.
Answer
I dont know if you guys have found out yet, but I just did this last weekend. The way to remove the armrest is as follows:
1. lean seat forward
2. At the back/bottom of the seat undo the plastic "J" hook (it runs the length of the seat).
3. Push the front side of the leather under the back of seat so you can reach it from the front.
4. Gently pull the leather up around the armrest.
5. Reach up under fabric (on the front side), push the foam aside and remove the horseshoe shaped clip with a screwdriver (fish out of seat with magnet if you drop it) and pull armrest straight out.
Hope this helps (10 min project, and .00 to fix armrest)

The directions above are perfect. This saved me like a lot of money from dealership labor costs to do the job. Just watch out for some sharp parts inside the seat. I cut my hand like 5 times from the sharp edges and the horseshoe shaped clip inside. If you drop the clip (like I did), don't worry......it should fall to the floor under the seat. Get a flashlight ready.
I own a company called The Seat Shop and we sell new Arm Rest Covers that will save you a lot of money rather than buying a new arm rest from the dealership. We have a video on our web site that will show you step by step how to take the arm rest off, put the new cover on, and put the arm rest back on the seat. The web site is www.theseatshoponline.com. Just click the Install Video's button on the home page. Hope this helps!
Thanks!
