UNHOOK the NEGATIVE battery terminal.... it is a smart thing to do.
do you have the factory removal tongs? if you don't then you can buy them from best buy for about 10 dollars... it is a shame that for had to go and make their factory stereo with a dumb safety feature.
sqeeze the tongs together and insert into the two virtical holes. then uncompress them until they click into the clips. then pull toward the seats and remove.
you will have to go out and buy the wiring harnest. if you have a premium factory sound system go to best buy and ask one of their electronics guys. but if you have a regular factory system you need a scosche BBFD02AB which is about 20 dollars...
all you need to do is solider the connections... do it outside of the car... it is easier. after about 20 or so solidered wires then all you have to do is plug the harness ends into the cordinating inlets and slide in....
their should be a screw ion the bottom but if their isn't ask a friends and he should be able to do it.....
