In the new firmware update, an Internet Browser is included for free.
Switch on the WLAN switch on your PSP. Make sure that you have Wifi access available. Then go to network, internet browser and you can start surfing the net with the wifi internet access.
The PSP has a browser, so it can go online if you've got wireless internet.
