∙ 12y agoIt depends. Go to Settings > General > About. Where it says "Version" if it says 4.3.3 then you can jailbreak it (go to www.jailbreakme.com on your iPad.) If it is any other than 4.3.3 then you cannot jailbreak it.
Note: If you are on 4.3.4 for 4.3.5 and you have your SHSH blobs saved for 4.3.3, you can downgrade to 4.3.3. and jailbreak. More info: http://www.redmondpie.com/jailbreak-ipad-2-4.3.5-ios-everything-you-need-to-know/.
