How do you keep folded tortillas warm when serving a lot of people? |
It's almost impossible. Try to keep them covered until it's time to serve them but then you take the risk of the tacos getting soggy. Here's a suggestion- keep the taco shells warm in the oven until it's time for them to be served. Also, keep all the ingredients separate and don't put the tacos together until right before serving.
