You cannot force someone to be where they may not nor can you make them feel something they do not. With that being said, try talking with him and telling him how you feel and see how he responds. Always be yourself, not overbearing or controlling, open minded, honest, trustworthy and always communicate. If he likes you for you and is interested in you he will stay but if his feelings have deteriorated chances are he is ready to move on and you will have to as well.
