How do you keep scrambled eggs warm when you're serving a lot of people?

If you have a hot plate part on your oven, then you can put the scrambled eggs on a plate (covered) and put it on the hot plate. If you cook it until it is very nearly completely cooked and then put it on the lowest heat possible, then that should keep it warm whilst cooking the final part. Another way is to put it in one of those hostess trollies and put them in there.

ANSWER:

A crock pot will do the trick nicely with a user friendly lid. I also use the regular oven on 140-150 degrees to keep food warm when serving a larger croud. If they start to dry out add a little water to them and cover with aluminum foil.
