Demons (in my belief) can be killed. I was told in church that a demon is a evil soul that over thousands of years was manipulated into a demon. If you can find the bones of the demon from it's past life and then burn them you could be able to kill them. But that is vary hard and basically impossible since the only thing that knows who the demon was before is itself, other demons, and Satan himself.

Another answer:

Most Christians believe demons are spiritual beings that have no bodies. Since they have no bodies, they cannot be killed.

An exorcism is a practice which drives out a satanic or demon possession from a person. Typically the Roman Catholics perform exorcisms, but other religious denominations will occasionally perform an exorcism as well. Follow these steps if you want to exorcise a demon. Step 1: Ensure that you have a very close relationship with God. To exorcise demons you must know God and have a very close connection to him through prayer and faith. Step 2: Work with a team. In the Roman Catholic rite of exorcism the exorcist has three assistants: a physician, a younger priest and a strong member of the victim's family. If the victim is a woman, the third person is also a woman to prevent false accusations of misconduct. Step 3: Confess your sins and ask for forgiveness. In a traditional exorcism the exorcist will confess any sins he committed to ensure that he didn't have any unforgiven sins that the demon could use against him during the ritual. Step 4: Ask the demon his name. This will help you to determine who is possessing the victim and the nature of the possession. Step 5: Pray for the demon to leave the victim. If you know Latin, recite the prayers in Latin because it is believed to be the best language for exorcism. During the prayer, the assistants can read scriptures from the Bible and do the sign of the cross. Step 6: Command the demon to leave the victim in the name of Jesus Christ. If the demon does not leave, repeat the ritual until he is gone. Step 7: Pray for God to help and protect the victim. http://answers.Yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080315131757AACXV1B

To clarify: an Incubus is defined throughout occult lore as a demon that sexually attacks women in the mortal world. A Succubus is the same type of demon, but targets its attacks on men. These attacks are described as ranging in severity from "molestation" to outright "rape". Attacks usually begin in the victim's bed or bath and seem harmless at first. She may feel a "curious presence" that wakes her out of sleep, or comes before. It may start "touching " her more intimately each time it "visits". Eventually, though, the curiosity gives way to insistence, and then to demand. In the end attacks can be violent, involve penetration, and even leave very real physical and mental scars.

Dealing with demons and other evil phenomena in the modern world is best done with a carefully balanced combination of science and religion. Read the article at the link below. It was written on this very subject. In a nutshell, though, knowing a possible medical or psychological cause for the event is just as important as finding the spiritual root. Eliciting the help of a doctor and a priest, or better yet a priest who is also a medical doctor/psychiatrist would be ideal. One thing that is more important than any other is DO NOT TRY TO FIX THIS ALONE.

In the meantime prayer, and faith in God's strength will help protect you. Wearing and displaying traditional religious icons like crucifixes and rosary beads, reciting bible verse and sleeping with someone present will should also reduce the length and power of the attack. Also from a medical standpoint make sure you get enough sleep, do not use drugs or alcohol for the time being, and make sure you are eating and drinking. These are only temporary protections. This will not stop until the problem is fixed, and you will need experienced help doing so.
