In the bed itself it is virtualy impossible unless you can get hold of liquid nitrogen, that will freeze and kill them. To kill them off sheets and blankets, place them in a dryer on full heat for a while that kills them.

the cocroach spray that hotels use killed the bed bugs as well as the cocroaches but hotels stoped using it for unknown reason. that's why there are so many bedbugs in hotels lately.
