Isn't Zoysia grass supposed to choke out everything, including Bermuda?
Use Ornamec over the top by PBI/Gordan. It can be used on Zoysia or Tall Fescue. Zoysia is a very thick growing grass, but Bermuda can "jump" in a thin area & take off quickly.
Now, Bermuda is another story, and I'm looking for a solution for that....any suggestions.
Use Ornemec over the top by PBI/gordan for Zoysia & Tall Fescue grass.
My first response is to ask what kind of zoysia you have. Zoysia is known for choking out weeds and crabgrass, so it shouldn't appear at all. There are a few good fertilizers, like Weed Be Gone, that help to get rid of those things that do happen to pop up from time to time. But overall, you shouldn't have problems.
If you do find that you are troubled with crabgrass, I suggest calling the store or supplier of your Zoysia. They might be able to guide you specifically or even come out to your site to help.
Mowing, mulching, removing, and spraying are ways to eliminate Bermuda grass from gardens. Black plastic sheeting can be weighted down, with holes for edibles and ornamentals, to solarize broadleaf and grassy weeds while careful but extreme cutbacks and hand-pulling or hoeing will add additional stress to weed life cycles and natural histories. Spraying is effective in small quantities on home lawns with the pre-emergent active ingredient trifluralin.
If there's not much you can simply pull it out. This probably won't keep it from growing again because it's only temporary. You can also buy certain crabgrass prevention sprays or others forms of it. Ask at your local garden shop. You have to apply this at the right time or it won't take affect.

Bermuda grass
Bermuda grass is one of the most popular residential and commercial grasses in tropical and transition zones throughout the world and is generally considered to be the grass of choice for the green ways of professional golf courses. Although a well-managed lawn of Bermuda grass can easily become the envy of every other home owner in your neighborhood, it is important to follow a few very basic tips in order to give your Bermuda grass the conditions and nutrients that it needs in order to survive. Here is what you need to know in order to raise and maintain a Bermuda grass lawn. The first factor to consider when you are starting a Bermuda grass lawn from scratch is what type of Bermuda grass you want to grow on your property. There are four primary cultivars of Bermuda grass, including Yukon, Savannah, Blackjack and Mohawk. Yukon Bermuda grass is ideal for more northern areas of the subtropical zones as it can survive long winters better than other types of Bermuda grass. Savannah Bermuda grass is an excellent turf grass that can put up with plenty of abuse from foot traffic and recreational activities. Blackjack Bermuda grass is the easiest type of Bermuda grass to grow and has a much nicer texture than most other grasses. Mohawk Bermuda grass is grown almost exclusively for sports fields and golf course, and this type of Bermuda grass needs to be cut extremely short in order to prosper. Caring for a Bermuda grass lawn is actually pretty easy once the lawn has become established. Bermuda grass should be watered on a regular schedule during the winter, but home owners should be aware that over watering this type of grass will attract a considerable amount of insects, especially in tropical regions. While many home owners make the mistake of using too much fertilizer on their lawns, Bermuda grass is particularly sensitive to fertilize, and a Bermuda grass lawn should not be fertilized more than once a year. During the colder months of the year, Bermuda grass lawns should be allowed to go dormant without a great deal of unnecessary foot traffic.
Other names for bermuda grass include Cynodon dactylon, durva grass and dog's tooth grass. You can learn more about bermuda grass online at the Wikipedia.
Bermuda grass is not tolerant of atrazine and it can possibly kill the grass. Certainly some state agricultural agencies recommend using atrazine to control weeds in Bermuda grass, but its use should probable be limited to times when the average temperatures are at or below 50 oF, i.e. when the Bermuda grass is dormant.See http://commodities.caes.uga.edu/turfgrass/georgiaturf/WeedMngt/weedcontrol/ATHCAL01.pdf
