1. Distraction. Make yourself very busy. Say yes to every request for your time. Give yourself not a moments rest.
2. Physical work. Running, carrying, digging anything that will work up a sweat, do enough and you won't think about sex when you stop just sleep.
However why would you want to? It is a normal natural part of life and being human.
