Alright bud, if you guys are ready to establish this step, you need to do a couple things. Both of you have to feel ready, and that doesn't mean calling each other and asking if the other is ready.

Inside, your emotions, make sure that you feel ready to make this step. Then, go on a date with her, make her feel special all night. Feel free to drop little hints about kissing her. Look at her lips (although this sounds strange, its a subliminal message to her, telling her that your ready). When the moment is right, slowly move in towards her, about 80% of the way, then let her do the rest. Be gentle, and touch her a lot. DO NOT GO OVERBOARD. If you try to hard, or touch anywhere you shouldn't =/ you will ruin the romance. Take it slow!
