the white seeds are female i juss started growing a plant in my closet make sure you water them enough and keep a 75 to 100 watt light bulb on it or a UV lamp either on its mad simple
male plants are smaller, thinner, seedier, have smaller leaves (overall they suck). The females on the other hand are bigger, thicker, grow bigger leaves (those are the ones you want)
