How do you know when you are true soul mates? In: Relationships |
Answer
Soul mates exist. When you see him/her, you come to life. You are free to shed tears, laugh, dream and be yourself with no masks. He/she is out there. You just have to believe.
I think soul mates do exist. I met mine when I was in high school. As others have stated when we kissed each other it was wonderful. I caused us not to be together. This has caused him to hate me because of the pain I caused him. He didn't tell me this directly I can feel it. Now I feel the pain I put him through. This has been going on over 20 years. I don't feel complete without him. I want him to be happy with or without me. I do feel lucky to have felt this love. I just wish that I would have stayed by his side.

I'm a little iffy on the whole one true soul mate thing. But I'm a Pisces/Scorpio and this guy, say A i know is a Scorpio/Virgo. Now Pisces and Scorpio are supposed to be 'soul mates'. His best friend say B is the exact same-- a Scorpio/Virgo, but i don't feel the same with him as i do with this other guy. I mean there is something there.. I'm more pulled toward B and even his friend who is a cancer. They are like technicolor in black n white--as incubus would say ha ha.. but no way. So guy A and I have been together on and off-- not dating.. but kinda seeing each other and each time the time we spend together is shorter and shorter. All i know is that i feel like i am home with him. If I'm upset or anything all he has to do is look in my eyes and say 'i know, its OK' and just like that I'm fine, I'm all better. I'm only 20 and I've been in a 3 yr relationship- and for those 3 yrs my boyfriend didn't understand me at all. Not at all. With guy A... he doesn't even have to say a word i know he knows. He understand me on a level NO ONE ever has-- not even my parents, sisters, best friends. And i know him, on the inside. He puts this wall up and no one really knows who he is. They exist. We could not be where we are if not for

If you feel that you're with a "soul mate", that's wonderful, but don't ruin a good relationship because it may not be perfect. If you both love eachother, you can work out any problems you have.
-Personally, I don't believe in soul mates. Or I believe that there is more than one person out there compatible with you. Its a nice thought to believe that you are with the one you are "meant to be with," but I have thought that with every boyfriend I've had. I think its just a matter of finding someone you can be yourself with 100% and vice versa, and I think theres only a few people in the world you can do that with. So if you find one of them, maybe they are ONE of your soul mates?
If you have to ask then maybe he or she isn't your soul mate at all. You'll just know when you find 'the one'.
