How do you learn medicine online for free?

Answer:
You can't. You can learn some theory and drugs etc. but that will not make you a doctor. There's a reason we have to fork out for medical school and spend years being monkeys on the wards, it's more than just rote learning. It is how you talk to people, tease out a history from them, performing a good exam and picking up the subtle difference in pressure in their abdomen, its knowing the whys of ordering diagnostic tests, knowing what to prescribe and why and knowing when not to treat.
