Get five friends together. Lay down on your back somewhere quiet and have your friends sit around you. One next to your head, two next to your arms, and two next to your legs. Have them all put two fingers under those parts, and then close their eyes. Everyone should imagine you light as a feather, and stiff as a board. Begin chanting "Light as a feather, stiff as a board." Faster and faster each time. You should begin rising, and make sure your friends keep their fingers under you the whole time, in case you fall. You will fall when someone messes up, or you open your eyes.
