You close the program or disconnect from the active video chat session. If you don't want FaceTime to alert you when someone want to chat, set the Notifications for Facetime in the Settings menu.
1. Launch the FaceTime applicaton " click FaceTime" at the top of the screen and select "preferences" on the pull-down menu.
2. Click the switch next to "FaceTime" to change the setting to off.
3. Click " Done"

There is no logging out of Mac Mail and no need to do so. You just click the RED button to close it out or click the word Mail and then click Quit Mail to completely close the application. Why would you want to log out and then have to log back in the receive your mail.

FaceTime is enabled on the 4 and 4s by default. to make a facetime call, go into contacts, and find the person you wish to facetime. at the very bottom of the screen, there is a button "facetime" press this to start a facetime call. Remember that you can only use facetime (whether you started the call or not) on a wifi connection
