Eating breakfast is extremely important. 7. Eat grapefruit and citrus fruit they can natural help you eliminate body fat. 8. Go to the library or bookstore and check out a book on rhythmic breathing exercises. This can help you lose that stubborn belly fat by increasing fat oxidation and causing muscle contractions in your stomach.

to lose wieght you have to believe you can do it drink at leat 1 litre of water a day and 5 portions of veg and friut exersise at least 1 hour a day it dosnt have to be at the one go it could be like taking a 20 min walk after lunch or even doing somthing you like ,like going swimming or sports that intrest you or take the stairs instead of the lift, and try your best good luck
