dont have a heavy diet

eat 2 rotis if u r eating 3

den after 2 hours have a light breakfast

*and regarding exercise

in the morning:

1]start running about 1/2 a mile daily

increase half a mile

every 2 days

2}do proper exercises like skipping ,namaskars,etc as your body needs

_now in the evening :

1}do standing jogging

2}do running if its possible

3}continue on namaskars

in dis way u will lose 20 pounds

and can even tone your body
