Excercising is always a great help with weight loss. Running is a great keep fit exercise but is not always the best thing to do, as i found out a few weeks ago, depending on your age (usually older than 20's), running is not good for the face, it can cause it too droop and can cause double chins.
A healthy/balanced diet is a great way to loose some pounds, but they are not always easy to stick to. So i find writing out a schedule type thing such as when you are going to work out, at what time you will have a snack etc, should help with keeping the figure in shape. Personally i do not do dieting as i am still less than 18 years of age and am quite comfartable with my figure, i do at least 50 sit up's every night to keep the muscle's tight in my stomach areas. Push up's are also a great way to keep the stomach in shape. By doing them exercises your not usually losing weight because you are building more muscle in your body, but your losing your un-wanted figure and making yourself look nice, fit and skinnier.
